dust collector shipment to Indonesia
The dust-containing air enters the ash hopper of each chamber from the inlet air flow pipe of the dust collector, and under the diversion device of the ash hopper, the dust of the large particles is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the finer dust enters the central box evenly and adsorbs on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean air enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the off-line valves and exhaust pipes. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value, the ash cleaning control device automatically closes a chamber off-line valve according to the differential pressure setting value or the ash cleaning time setting value, opens the electronic control pulse valve according to the setting procedure, stops the air injection, uses the compressed air instantaneous injection to increase the pressure in the filter bag. Dust on the filter bag is buffeted (even if the dust can be cleaned thoroughly) to the ash hopper and discharged by the ash removal mechanism.
